Artichokes alla parmigiana,traditional italian recipe

An easy italian recipe with artichokes, good also for children:

Ingredients (serves 4):

5  artichokes 

70 g butter  
60g grated parmesan  
salt

Preparation:

Peel the artichokes and cut them into 3 or 4 slices each. Blanch these slices in lightly salted water,  for 10
minutes and drain them.
Melt the butter in a pan, pour the artichokes and sprinkle with
grated Parmesan cheese.
Put in the oven at 200°C 
and stop cooking once the top has started
turning gold (about 15/20 minutes).
